Remembering auntie Shirley. A lovely lady who was kind, thoughtful, a wonderful hostess and, like uncle Jeff, had a great sense of fun. She was a fabulous baker too - nobody wanted just one slice of her Victoria sponges. Rest in peace auntie, you will always be remembered. xx

What an honour to share your Birthday Shirley, I’ll always treasure the memories of receiving a thoughtful card from you every year, and all the lovely New Year’s Eve parties that you and Jeff so warmly welcomed me to, throughout my youth. Warm and welcoming sum up how I will always remember you, as well as your hearty laugh and generosity. You are already sadly missed🥰.
